Poonam brings to her role as the President and CEO of Trillium Talent Resource Group a wealth of experience in international business and human resources. As an entrepreneur, Poonam has successfully managed various business interests since 1980. This includes direct involvement in the manufacturing, distribution and retail industries. She has extensive business connections in Asian, European, and North American countries. Her Masters Degree in Political Science has enhanced her understanding of international trade and business relationships.

Poonam has over 10 years of experience as a Management Consultant specializing in executive search, recruitment and retention. Over the last six years, her focus has been in the Health Care Industry. She has successfully introduced new concepts and resources for recruiting Health care professionals to many leading health care facilities.

Poonam has an impressive career focused on the development and establishment of partnerships and the management of international alliances. She has organized various exchange programs globally, facilitating the transfer of trade and knowledge. Poonam has almost 20 years in international business.

Her business acumen and global partnership development skills offer the Trillium Talent Resource Group not only a global business network, but also a wealth of knowledge and understanding regarding international business trends and cultural diversity. Trillium experienced 50% revenue growth each year for the last five years under Poonam's leadership. Poonam is integrally involved and spearheads Trillium's successful international recruiting practice. Her knowledge of licensing, immigration and relocation issues is unparalleled.

BOB MASTERS, Executive Vice President

Robert is responsible for developing senior management search projects within the TTRG Group. He has held senior executive sales, marketing and general management positions with a number of well-established national and international corporations in the manufacturing, distribution and retail industries. This has enabled him to broaden the application of his expertise across North America and Europe.

Leaving the corporate world behind, Robert has spent the past ten years specializing in business consulting, management development and executive search. As the Executive Vice President of TTRG Group, Robert devotes all of his time to assisting companies and their senior management in the discovery of top talent to join their organizations. He has assisted companies with international expansion initiatives as well as the development of sales and distribution organizations.

Vibhor Kathuria, Vice President of Worldwide Operations

In his role as the VP of Worldwide Operations, Vibhor is responsible for the overall direction of TTRG offices across the globe. In the past 7 years Vibhor has gained valuable experience in all aspects of the recruitment industry including business development, account management, recruitment and management consulting.

Vibhor has been an integral part of the training and development component of TTRG as he develops and facilitates the training program for all new hires including sales, recruitment and consulting divisions.

Vibhor is a specialist in locating talent in the Accounting, Finance and IT industries. His education background includes a degree in Accounting and Economics and he is currently working on a CPA license.

Carol E. Ringer, MSc (A), PhD, CHE, Executive Partner

Carol is the Executive Partner, leading the executive searches for healthcare and related industries. With some 25 years of senior and executive management experience, Carol contributes a unique breadth and depth to executive searches for the company. She has successfully managed multimillion dollar health systems in academic health sciences centers, community hospitals, long term and acute care. She has held executive level (VP, COO and CEO) positions in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario, two of which had regionalized and integrated systems. Early in her career she volunteered for 3 years in Nigeria and more recently she completed a 2 month consulting leadership role in Cairo, Egypt.

She has demonstrated expertise in building high functioning teams by successfully being able to recognize individuals' strengths and talents, and then being able to leverage these talents to the benefit of the individual, the healthcare organization and the community.

As she completed her PhD, in epidemiology and health policy she developed a consulting company, with clients as diverse as Corrections Manitoba, and Cancer Care Manitoba. Contracts ranged from total system - wide operational reviews, implementation of new programs, development and execution of evaluation strategies and the development of business plans for health services for a town's Board of Commerce.

Carol's professional background includes leadership in professional organizations such as the Academy of Chief Executive Nurses, Canadian Council of Health Services Executives and the Canadian Nurses Association. For many years, Carol has been on private and public boards, often in the role of chair, for community organizations such as seniors' and long term care facilities; community health centers, and disease - specific organizations, such as Heart and Stroke and international women's organizations. Carol is known for her insight, integrity, passion and success.

Claudine Hodge, Director of Healthcare Solutions

Claudine brings over 19 years of healthcare experience to her role at Trillium. With her nursing and healthcare management background, Claudine is able to develop creative solutions to key challenges that healthcare organizations face today. These skills and expertise are utilized at Trillium in the role as Director, Healthcare Solutions where she oversees the Education division and is part of the executive search team.

Prior to joining Trillium Claudine worked with healthcare organizations in Canada and overseas, where she has spearheaded large-scale projects related to opening new inpatient units, unit expansions and renovations.

As a result she has significant experience recruiting and managing internationally trained healthcare professionals. Claudine has demonstrated expertise in building high functioning teams by successfully being able to recognize individuals' strengths and talents, and then being able to leverage these talents to the benefit of both the individual and organization.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Graduate Degree in Health Administration from the University of Toronto.

Brenda Logan , Corporate Marketing Director

Brenda brings over 10 years of marketing experience in the IT Sector and her education in Public Relations to her role as the new Corporate Marketing Director at Trillium Talent Resource Group.

With an innovative and creative marketing mind and her strong analytical skills, Brenda develops and implements marketing and communication strategies for Trillium's overall business and is responsible for the marketing initiatives for all of Trillium's offices worldwide.

Prior to Trillium, Brenda was responsible for key Government Accounts and handling the RFP business for a local advertising firm, and also has worked in Product Management and Marketing Management roles at various IT companies over the last decade. A large part of her experience has been in establishing and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients, creating strategic marketing programs and product launches to help increase sales and building brand awareness to the IT community on behalf of her clients.

Brenda is also a seasoned event planner and has handled numerous large corporate sponsorship programs, corporate and community events that have contributed to her success as a marketing executive. She has successfully developed best practices that the companies she has worked with continue to utilize and is a respected member of several industry associations.

Jeff Kerr, General Manager of Canadian Recruitment

Before Trillium Talent Resource Group recruited Jeff, he had spent the last 25+ years developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives to drive forward results in a number of different industries. His ability to find the right person came from his ability to search through traditional and not-traditional aspects of recruiting, all to a successful end.

Having an Honors Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business Administration from Laurentian University, he quickly developed and honed his coaching experience and skills. This is an asset that he uses daily with his Canadian recruitment team. Jeff's strength remains in the motivational support to his teams.

Within his first year with Trillium, Jeff was charged with the task of overseeing the new Trillium Interim Staffing Division. His philosophy of great people doing great work provides for great results, has led to the Interim Staffing Division's development and success. Jeff's belief of, "it all starts with a team" is not just restricted to his recruitment team but he commits this philosophy to all Trillium partners.

Terry Leighton, General Manager of Western Canada

Terry brings to his role as General Manager - Western Canada a wealth of sales and sales management experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer product industries. Terry has successfully managed various territories and regions across Western Canada since 1985 for companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Techilab Pharmaceuticals, Solvay Pharma, Clairol, Draxis Pharmacutica Inc. and Robin Hood Multi Foods Inc. Besides running the Western Canada division of Trillium Talent, Terry recruits specialized sales/marketing and healthcare professionals and works with major health regions and private industry head offices to select, place and retain key personnel via Executive Search, General Industry, Healthcare and Interim Staffing initiatives. He is always in the search for CFO's, CEO's, VP's, Engineers, Accountants, RN's, Allied Healthcare professionals, Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives, Physicians, MRT's, Pharmacists and Engineers.

Terry has been able to create long-term strategic partnerships within these industries and continues to lay the foundation for win-win partnerships with many of Trillium's current and future clients within both the public and private sectors inside Healthcare, General Industry, Executive Search and Interim Staffing.

Terry launched Trillium Talent Resource's Calgary office in May 2006 at the same time the Vancouver, BC office was opened. He also opened the Regina office in August 2008 and oversees all Western Canada business. Trillium will open two more offices in Western Canada by 2010 in the Edmonton, AB and Interior, BC regions.

Mark Krajnik, Vice President of U.S. Sales & Operations

Prior to being appointed as Vice President of U.S. Sales and Operations at TTRG, Mark served in specific leadership roles within the MRINetwork, the largest recruitment firm worldwide. His most recent role within the MRINetwork system was Vice President of Training & Development, where he was responsible for all training initiatives, on-boarding, hiring and the development of talent. Previously, Mark was a Senior Business Consultant and a highly demanded Corporate Trainer, where he had responsibility for the success of over 100 individual locations, and hundreds of sales, consulting and recruiting professionals.

The first 12 years of his MRINetwork career were spent as an Account Executive, Business Unit Manager and Director of Business Development in the Life Sciences and Manufacturing marketplaces. Over the past four years, Mark has delivered to audiences over 300 strong and he is a master at engaging and inspiring all who attend his workshops. Mark was one of three chosen to join the MRINetwork's President Council of over 125 corporate employees in 2005, and was also selected as a key member of the High Impact Players Program in 2005-2006 by the CEO. He achieved his recruiting certification in January of 1996, and has posted over $3.2 million in career sales.

Mark oversees the U.S. Operations at TTRG and leads the Training & Consulting Division Worldwide. He is a graduate of Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA, and began his college career accepting an academic scholarship to Columbia University in New York City. He was the Quarterback and Captain of the football team and uses his athletic career to drive performance in business. Mark has passion for sales and recruiting and is known for his execution. He prides himself on being a "difference maker," always striving to provide positive behavioral and attitudinal changes.

David Kravitz, General Manager of US Sales and Operations

David brings to Trillium 12 years of Recruiting, Performance Coaching, Training and Development, and Business Consulting experience as General Manager of Trillium Talent Resource Group's US Division. David is in charge of overseeing the daily operations as well as continuing to grow the division through business development. He provides recruitment training for rookies and veterans alike, and his passion and persistent is unparalleled.

Before Trillium, David was a highly successful US Navy Officer recruiter for many years, which he turned his passion and experience in military recruiting into being Rookie of the Year in Management Recruiters International. David rose through the ranks of MRI to become a leader and expert who was relied upon to train and mentor personnel from junior account executives into "top producers" by being able to recognize their strengths and skills and motivating them to strive for the best. David has also been a strong contributor to Trillium's Training and Consulting Division and has been speaking to groups both large and small for over 8 years.

With a B.A. in Sports and Recreational Management from Ashford University, David knows how to lead by example, utilizes his Project Team by relying heavily on the "team concept" to get things done and can enable you to achieve your goals.
